Schedule for WSECU's Rita Koontz community space

We are happy to offer our space free of charge to support our neighborhood and community. Use of the Rita Koontz community space is intended for non-profit and civic organizations, organized community and neighborhood groups, and education institutions. The space is not available for personal celebrations (e.g. birthday parties); use that is expressly for religious worship (e.g. church services or prayer groups); political groups; or for sales/commercial purposes.  Capacity is 24, seated; 35, standing. Please note: Parking is not included.

COVID Notice: Before reserving this space and resuming in-person experiences, we ask that you thoughtfully consider the potential risks associated with gathering in-person and in public places. This space is cleaned once a day at night after hours. If comfortable, you’re welcome to use this space at your own risk.

The space is located within the WSECU building on the corner of 45th St and 12th Ave in the U-District (1121 NE 45th St, Seattle).

To make a reservation, you’ll need to create a login. Once that’s established, you’ll be able to make reservations as availability allows. After your reservation request is submitted, we'll review and respond with confirmation within 24 hours. If approved for use, you will receive the full guidelines for the community space.
